Audi has always been at the cutting edge of innovative technology. When they wanted to push the boundaries of personalization for their loyal customers, they used Motoinsight technology to power their myNext Audi experience.
myNext Audi enables lease customers to lease their next Audi vehicle completely online. Customers at the end of their lease term are invited to the platform by email, and are met with personalized vehicle suggestions based on inventory at their Audi dealership.
After selecting a vehicle, customers can configure their payment, add optional protection products to their lease, submit a simplified credit application, and receive approval directly from Audi Financial Services online. Customers then schedule an appointment with the dealership where they take a test drive and complete the final paperwork.
Our Audi customers specifically told us they wanted a different experience. They don't want to be treated like a new customer. Now we have a data-driven experience so the customer and dealer can move through the lease experience almost entirely online, from negotiations to adding protection services options.
