Andrew Tai is CEO and co-founder of Motoinsight. Tai leads corporate strategy and product vision and manages Motoinsight’s senior client relationships. Tai is a contributing columnist to The Globe and Mail covering the automotive sector and a recognized authority on digital retailing, often cited in industry publications. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Tai held roles in private equity at Onex Partners and investment banking at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan. Tai holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Radek Garbowski is President and co-founder of Motoinsight. Garbowski leads key business functions including finance, legal, human resources, operations and management of senior client relationships. Before Motoinsight, Garbowski worked in corporate finance and investment banking at National Bank Financial and CIT Group. Garbowski holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Neal Shah is Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Motoinsight. Shah leads product strategy, conception, development and implementation. Prior to Motoinsight, Shah worked in investment banking at CIBC World Markets. Shah holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Leslie Wong is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Motoinsight. Wong leads client service across Motoinsight’s product portfolio for consumers, dealers and enterprise customers. Wong has strong knowledge of the automotive industry from his time in the Automotive Finance Group at BMO Bank of Montreal. Wong holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Chief Technology Officer
Evandro Miquelito is Chief Technology Officer at Motoinsight. Miquelito joined the team at inception as its first engineer in 2011. Miquelito’s responsibilities include requirement analysis, implementation and deployment of web applications and management of the engineering team. Miquelito has over 17 years of experience in full-stack software development across various industry sectors. Miquelito holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Federal University of São Carlos in Brazil.
Raymond O’Kane is Executive Chair at Motoinsight. O’Kane joined the team in September 2016 after retiring from a successful 44-year career at BMO Bank of Montreal. O’Kane’s last role was Vice President, OEM Strategy and Development, Automotive Finance, leading BMO's retail automotive finance business through a rapid period of growth beginning in 1999 through 2016. O’Kane was awarded the 2016 Industry Icon award by Canadian Black Book in September 2016.
